Once the project scope has been agreed upon, we ask the client to complete the onboarding process to easily communicate, share files, send invoices and make payments. While projects are being completed, clients are able to communicate with the designer within email and video calls. Revision amounts will be discussed during the consultation phase. Final deliverables will be shared after final payment is made in the format requested by the client.
Because pricing can vary widely from project to project, we find it best to discuss the project scope before giving an estimate. We understand it can be hard budget out for a project when you are still researching. We are happy to adjust project scopes to best fit your needs and budget.

Rush projects may or may not be accepted, depending on our capacity at the time of request. If a rush project is accepted, it will be at a rushed project rate, rather than our normal rate.
